Frankenmuth Eagles Varsity watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 5-0 loss to Garber on Monday. Garber scored on a single by Logan Hugo in the first inning, a single by Braydan Kukla in the first inning, and a single by Spencer Mahar in the second inning.

Garber fired up the offense in the first inning, when Hugo singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.

One bright spot for Frankenmuth Eagles Varsity was a single by Colton Bryce in the second inning.

Alec Prokopenko was the winning pitcher for Garber. He lasted five innings, allowing two hits and zero runs. #12 and Cam McNally entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Travis Reinbold took the loss for Frankenmuth Eagles Varsity. He lasted six innings, allowing ten hits and five runs while striking out two.

Tyler McKinstry, Marcos Juhasz, and Bryce each collected one hit to lead Frankenmuth Eagles Varsity.

Garber had ten hits in the game. Cam Worden, Hugo, and Mahar each had multiple hits for Garber. Worden led Garber with three hits in three at bats.
