Game Recap
Frankenmuth raced out to a big lead early, thanks to a 30-point 1st quarter explosion. Shooting as well as we have all season and doing a great job of running the floor, our offense really came alive tonight.Again, we had really balanced scoring. Sophomore Maddie Walter led the way with 17 points and 5 steals. It was a good game for her after struggling a little the last few games. She came off the bench tonight and really played relaxed and confidently. Fellow sophomore Keri Frahm had another consistent effort, finishing with 14 points and 10 boards. Junior Kendra Kujat was the third member of our team to post double figures as she finished the night with 10 points.

We’ve got an important game on Tuesday as we host Millington. They are currently a game behind us in the conference standings and I’m sure they’ll be ready to play. So will we.

Game Recap
It was kind of a sloppy, slow game…one that happens sometimes after a long Christmas break. 'Muth played three quarters of very good defense, leading 33-12 at the end of the third. Caro made six three-pointers, half of them in the fourth quarter, to play an even quarter of basketball with the Eagles.

Keri Frahm led 'Muth with 10 points and 5 boards. Kendra Kujat chipped in with 8 points and 4 steals. Caro was led by Abbie Brown's 9 points on 3 three-point shots.

The Eagles play again tomorrow night, as they host the Garber Dukes.

Game Recap
Important early season conference matchup…We did a nice job of pressuring them early, turning them over, and getting some easy baskets in transition. They responded with a solid second half, playing us even, and knocking down a number of open threes. We were again led by sophomore Keri Frahm, who had 19 points (including 9/10 from the line) and 7 rebounds. In addition, fellow sophomore Madison Walter finished with 16 points, 6 boards, and 3 blocks. Now we’re off until next Friday when we play Williamston as part of the Motor City Roundball Classic. Should be a fun game!

Game Recap
The Eagles hit the road on the first Friday of the season for a matchup with the Vassar Vulcans. Both teams feature very young rotations, so this will be a good match-up for the next several seasons. Muth, now rid of the first game jitters, came out strong and maintained a small lead for most of the night despite foul trouble. Despite being outsized, and out-rebounded, the Eagles, led by Tyler Janson’s 15 pts, got a few critical stops down the stretch to hang on for a 44-43 win. Muth played solid half court defense and really shared the ball well on offense, and will look to continue to build on the win next Tuesday at home when they take on league newcomer Lakeville.

Game Recap
‘Muth started out quickly with a 14-1 start to open the game. From there, the Eagles continued to pull away from Bridgeport en route to the lopsided victory. Frankenmuth’s full court pressure made it difficult for the Bearcat guards to get into any sort of rhythm offensively. The Eagles had great balance in the scoring column, with Kayla Brooks and Madison Walter leading the way with 13 and 11 points, respectively, as every girl that played for ‘Muth scored tonight.

Game Recap
The Eagles opened the 2013-2014 with a home loss to Bay City Western. The first quarter was really the difference, as the young Eagles spotted BCW a 12-3 lead. Muth never gave up despite BCW’sa totem puts to run away with the game, closing the gap to 7 heading into the fourth quarter. However, a quick 4-0 BCW run couldn’t be overcome. Colton Zimmer and Sam Bookmyer led the way for the Eagles with 11 and 10 pts respectively. Muth will look to bounce back Friday when they head to Vassar for 7:30 tip.

Game Recap
It was quite a defensive battle. Bullock Creek did a good job with its 2-3 zone limiting our inside touches to our posts. Our man defense was outstanding in the second half harassing their shooters and making it very difficult for them to get open looks. The game definitely had a playoff feel to it. I was really proud of our effort in the second half. Now, we just need to find a way to win some of these big games against tough competition.
