Eagles News · JV soccer beats Valley Lutheran 2-0

The boys JV soccer team traveled to Valley Lutheran Monday evening for a rematch from earlier this season where the Eagles beat Valley 2-0. In the face of a stiff wind that the Eagles had to run against the entire first half, Conrad Waldie was able to find Kendall Morris twice to put the Eagles ahead by 2 at halftime. When the Eagles ran with the wind, they controlled tempo and where able to possess most of the second half. They out shot Valley 12-2 but only managed to score twice due to the stellar play by the opposing teams keeper. The Eagles play Freeland today, and finish up the season Monday against Mount Pleasant.
